2. What NeatApply is not used for
NeatApply's core function is helping an individual job seeker evaluate opportunities and prepare their own application materials. It is not used to submit applications on your behalf automatically, and it is not a tool for employers or recruiters to screen, rank, filter or make hiring decisions about candidates — see our Terms and the homepage for the full description of what NeatApply is and is not.
3. Enforcement
Breaching this policy may result in a warning, suspension, or termination of your access to NeatApply, depending on severity, at our reasonable discretion, in addition to any other remedy available to us under our Terms or applicable law.
4. Reporting a concern
If you believe someone is misusing NeatApply in a way that breaches this policy, contact us via our Contact page.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
