What we do

• Traffic to NeatApply is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
• You control what professional information you give us, and what you do with the application materials NeatApply prepares — nothing is sent to an employer or submitted on your behalf automatically.
• Preparing your materials involves sending relevant parts of what you provide to a third-party AI provider so it can generate a draft. See our Privacy Policy for which provider, what is sent, and why.
• You can request deletion of your account and data — see our Privacy Policy for how.
• Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment provider — NeatApply never sees or stores them.

What we do not claim

We do not claim any third-party security certification (such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001) that has not actually been obtained. If and when a certification is achieved, it will be named here specifically, with evidence.
